Dealings with organisations and individuals
Your interactions with organisations and/or individuals found on or through this Website, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organisations and/or individuals.
You agree that TCCN shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. We recommend that any Customer, before entering into a agreement with any trade professional, obtains confirmation of insurance cover, guarantees, qualifications and any other necessary document. If you suffer any problems or losses as a result of not obtaining or verifying these details, TCCN will not be liable.

Although we attempt to ensure that it is correct and accurate, TCCN cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information of this Service, and are not liable for any problems or losses arising from errors in the content.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Messages, job descriptions and other content must be civil and tasteful.

Fees
If you are a Trade Professional, you agree to pay TCCN a fee every time you are connected to a customer for a job through our service.
The fee is clearly displayed on each lead details page before purchase. Each fee is calculated based on the likely size and value of the job, and fees will typically range from £5.00 (GBP) to £40 (GBP).
You understand that we only accept payment by credit or debit card. By designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorised to make such a purchase.
All fees for our services are due in advance and in the case of subscription payments, your contract will automatically renew on its anniversary month, quarter or year, at which point fees for the following month, quarter or year become payable. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card then you authorise What Task Ltd to debit your account renewal fees from your card. If you wish to cancel your contract with What Task Ltd, you must do so in writing before the renewal of your contract.
All fees paid to us are non refundable except in circumstances set out in these Terms.
You agree not to issue a chargeback via your bank in relation to any fees charged by us. If you do so you accept that you will be liable for our costs in dealing with the chargeback and recovering any fees properly due to us under the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "As is", at your own risk, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. We also disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. TCCN will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services. Some jurisdictions in the United States does not allow the types of disclaimers in this paragraph, so they may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TCCN, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) damages, regardless of legal theory, whether or not has been warned of the possibility of such damages. You agree that TCCN, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to block your phone number or email address to terminate or restrict your access to use of the website, immediately and without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if TCCN believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the terms.
Further, you agree that What Task Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or restriction of your access to the website.
